Demo Terms of Use
Illustrative demo document
Illustrative demo document. Not legal advice and not a binding agreement.
1. This is a demonstration
KindQuests as shown here is a product prototype. Every Hunt, partner, cause, reward, prize, player count and verification event is a demo or illustrative example. Nothing on this site creates a contract, a prize entitlement or a payment obligation.
2. No real money
Amounts shown in euro are illustrative demo values. No payment is taken, no reward is paid out and no donation is transferred to any organisation. The demo contains no banking, payout or withdrawal functionality.
3. Adults only
The intended live product is limited to adults aged 18 or over. The demo asks you to confirm this for realism only and stores that confirmation on your own device.
4. Simulation, not tracking
Walking, position, heading and the camera view are all simulated. The demo does not request or use real location, camera or motion access, and does not track your movement.
5. Partners and causes
All partner and cause names are placeholders labelled “Demo Partner”, “Demo Cause” or “Illustrative example — no affiliation”. No real organisation is represented, endorsed or implied.
6. Your demo data
Demo progress is stored only in your browser on this device. Clearing your browser data or using “Reset demo” in Profile removes it permanently. There is nothing to recover.
7. Safety comes first
In a live product you would be moving through a real city. Please read the Safety guidance before imagining any real-world use of this concept.
